Returns & Exchanges

At EXPED, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all EXPED tags attached to ensure they remain in unworn, sellable condition during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email, secure it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
